Welcome! I am so excited to officially launch The Angie B Podcast and share this journey with you. This podcast was created for people who are building something, growing through challenges, pursuing dreams, starting businesses, navigating careers, and trying to make sense of life's ups and downs.

Every week, we'll have real conversations about business, personal growth, perseverance, faith, purpose, and the lessons we learn along the way. Some episodes may make you laugh, some may make you think, and some may challenge you to see things differently.
Our very first episode is called Don't Miss the Message.
In a world filled with opinions, social media posts, headlines, and noise, it's easy to focus on what people are saying and completely miss the message right in front of us. Sometimes the greatest lessons are hidden in the places we least expect.
This message is also the perfect introduction to my new book, Built Under Pressure.
For a long time, people have been told that pressure is something to avoid. But what if pressure is not there to break us? What if it is there to build us?
Built Under Pressure was written for women who have carried responsibilities, faced setbacks, overcome obstacles, and continued moving forward even when nobody saw the work behind the scenes. It is a reminder that some of the strongest women are built during the seasons that require perseverance, faith, and determination.
This hardcover edition was intentionally created as an 8.5 x 11 coffee table-style book. I wanted it to be more than just a book you read and place on a shelf. I wanted it to be a book you use. A place where you can write notes, highlight passages, add stickers, doodle in the margins, record your thoughts, and make it your own.
My hope is that both this podcast and this book encourage you to keep moving forward, even when the journey feels difficult.
